I had an incredibly smooth and wonderful experience with the Blucat RV service team. My front AC went out of course in awfully hot weather. I scheduled an appointment for Monday; however, David Gahafer called to advise he would come today (in the heat of the day) to fix our AC. David showed up right away, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue quickly at a fair price. If you’re looking for a reliable mobile RV repair service, I highly recommend Blucat RV Services. I will definitely call them for any future service!

I had power/battery issues just prior to a planned trip. I called their office and talked with Cindy. Very professional and worked me into an already full schedule! And kept me posted of time he was going to arrive etc. Dave showed up and went right to work. Checked several items (converter, controller, batteries, connections, etc). He was able to diagnose and repair! I highly recommend their service and will use them in the future for any issue I have!

I had a great experience with this Blucat RV repair company for a small electrical issue. Even though it wasn’t a major repair, they treated it with urgency and professionalism from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed in no time. The quality of work was excellent, and everything is now working perfectly. I was looking at buying a camper in Kentucky. Living in Texas, I needed a service to conduct a pre-purchase inspection. Cindy and Dave were awesome to work with. Dave found issues with the camper and that saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. Money well spent. Highly recommend BluCat.

We had a water leak on our Class A and planned to leave within 3 days for a trip. I called Dave not knowing if he would be able to schedule me in to make the repair and keep our trip as planned. Surprisingly, he was able to come out, fix the leak and now we have peace of mind to go on our vacation. Thanks for the prompt service, excellent communication and professional repair.
